How To Make the Perfect Avocado Toast

At Panna Sourdough Craft Cafe, we believe avocado toast should be anything but ordinary. Crafted with the freshest avocados, toasted sourdough bread, and creamy poached egg, our avocado toast is a perfect blend of flavor and texture!

Everything you need for this delicious Avocado toast
-Panna sourdough Classic Sourdough
-Ripe avocado
-Cherry tomato
-2 eggs
-Salad dressing
-Salad
-Seasoning
How to make this!
1.Toast the sourdough – Toast your sourdough on a pan with butter to your desired level of crispiness.
Tips* Toast your sourdough on a griddle pan for extra texture!

2.Prepare the Avocado – Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.

3.Mash & Season – Mash the avocado with a fork or a masher until smooth, then season with salt and pepper and add cherry tomato in, then set aside.

4.Make the poached egg -Create a Whirlpool using a spoon to swirl the water in one direction in a pot of gentle simmering water, then crack two eggs in

5.Assemble the Toast – Spread the mashed avocado onto your toasted Sourdough.
Add on some salad and dressing
Add on the poached eggs

Sprinkle with red pepper flakes

Drizzle olive oil on top
